Abschluss der Due Diligence wir freuen uns, Ihnen mitteilen, dass Indenture Investments Limited (3IV.f), Kanada, die Due Diligence abgeschlossen und offiziell die Übernahme von 80,9% der James Denverson Corp. durchgeführt hat. Indenture wird die entsprechenden Aktien vor Konsolidierung an alle im Aktienregister der James Denverson aufgeführten Aktionäre mit Datum vom 30. Juni 2007 ausschütten. Das Verfahren der Aktienausschüttung wird nun mit dem Druck und der Verschickung der Aktienzertifikate an die berechtigten Aktionäre direkt durch den Transfer Agent von Indenture Investments Limited gestartet.
