The platform and application builder used by cibsys is provided by our partner firm Pengower. We use the latest Microsoft technology to deliver a reliable and secure environment for your applications.

The web systems are based on a .NET framework integrated with standard databases both SQL (eg MySQL) and Object based (eg Matisse). The whole system can be exported into XML templates allowing portability and secure version control.

By using a Meta-Data model combined with many standardised functions and application templates, systems can be constructed rapidly by Designers in the Application Design Tool. The XML templates created in this tool are then exported to the Application Platform for use by End Users.

The implementation is high performance and aims to provide a server response time better than 250ms between the database platform and the interface layer.

The platform also provides for easy integration with other applications as all functions are based on a Web Services architecture with an underlying Application Programming Interface (API). External applications and data can be integrated through calls using this API.
