Is the supervisor always right?

You know the saying of the employees:

The boss always has 1 § properly, once, it should not be right § 2 becomes effective automatically.

The boss always is § 2 right.

The direct supervisors often are to blame for a bad atmosphere of work! They never make mistakes these are always your employees! Bullying at work always and everywhere! Computers are (her not know resist manipulated the administrator right has).

It does not admit good performances but only, employees who does too little in enterprises! Many supervisors mean her last irreplaceably! It is replaceable for everybody, does not give only further education for these persons. Leadership is a foreign word often. Many employees technically are suitable better!

It could be, now this her application here is available and considerably better qualifications shows, the supervisor, however, decides! You get a refusal. He worries about his position and they would be suitable for it better.

He does not want to hear her opinion but always gives pressure to below to come in the hierarchy up. A failure is same and harasses the employees!

There is only a solution: The supervisor must be replaced. He all employees stick together, the management will react only one flies himself out, weighed down!

By these supervisors the job performance sinks; and doing the readiness, more when usual. These companies then will have to dismiss employees or to apply for insolvency. Of course the employees and the market are to blame again!
